Who said that “Plan Bs” are always second choices? Sometimes, a small detour is just what’s needed to truly find oneself. The organization of Sarah and Andrew’s wedding in Sicily hit a minor snag when their initially chosen venue closed down. No big deal: the couple kept their spirits up and found an alternative in the magnificent Tonnara di Marzamemi.
As we previously mentioned in the post accompanying their wedding video, the Tonnara is “a little paradise of beauty, history, tradition, and culture; ideal to celebrate a loving couple with elegance and a touch of tradition.”
The result was an unforgettable day, which was also featured on the prestigious blog, The Lane. This wasn’t only due to the Tonnara and the Sicilian landscapes but also thanks to a cohesive team of professionals: the planners Cristina Ditta and Wedding Sicily, floral designer Nina e i Fiori, and the photographer Nancy Ebert, whose beautiful shots we showcase below.
In the report (and in our video), you’ll revisit the highlights of an unforgettable day: the couple’s anticipation during their preparations, their emotion during the exchange of vows, the joy of the “I do,” and the carefree, radiant, irresistible celebration that kicked off Sarah and Andrew’s new life together.
