Among the most original and enticing wedding location in Apulia, Masseria Potenti, located in Manduria, in the heart of Salento, is a truly genuine one. The place, intrinsically connected to nature, carries a long history of traditions and humanity. Its origins date back to the 11th century when the Masseria was part of the feud of San Pietro in Bevagna.
The Masseria has since then evolved over time, until Elizabeth and Julian’s wedding day, when it appeared in all its refined and genuine beauty. The splendid German couple chose the Masseria as their wedding venue exactly because of their fondness for roots and tradition: the bride was wearing a gorgeous wedding dress which belonged to her great-grandmother, and has been handed down through various generations.
The wedding day was a true example of simplicity and genuineness, full of enthusiasm and music: passionate about singing, Elizabeth dedicated a song to Julian, stealing for a moment the spotlight from the unrestrained Festival Mibely, a band who came straight from Paris for the occasion.
The wedding photographer (and close friend of ours) Elisabetta Lilly Red, was there with us to narrate this fantastic wedding story, ready to feel moved at each shot. Masseria Potenti, a dreamlike location, was shining with the joy of a new love, and felt intimate like home.
